Refund on a Pay as you go credit

Does anyone know if I can claim back money on a Payas you go credit? I’m changing to monthly payments with another provider.

You can get a refund on Pay & Go in limited circumstances e.g. where you switch providers using a PAC or STAC code, you will be entitled to a refund of prepaid credit.

Hi @Kevtro 

I believe that if you were going from o2 PAYGO to contract o2 it may be transferred, as you are cancelling with o2 and going to another provider then they wouldn't transfer / refund the balance normally. Better to use it up.
