I recieved one of the free sim cards from O2 store it's supposed to give you free data, call etc. I put sim in my phone on Sunday and I was told in the store I would get a 16 digit code to activate it. This has not been sent and over 48hrs since sim was activated in my phone. All I can see on the app is to top up with payment to use.

You need to top up to activate the sim.

Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

Or as advised on the other thread you posted on.

Once registered, you should receive a text message with a voucher code in 24 to 48 hours.

You dial 4444 and follow the prompts to enter the top up voucher code.

If no code arrives, contact the Good Things Foundation.
