Contacted you guys yesterday regarding changing my number [Removed] from pay as you go to contract as I’d sorted the contract with you guys 3 weeks ago but instead of changing it over they added the contract to a brand new number, thought I’d sorted it yesterday, was told it would work within 48 hours, now my phone numbers been cut off
