Pay as you go SIM Extra data Bundle

Just got a new Pay as you go SIM. Paid £10 in shop for the 20GB data Bundle. Was told to text 2424 with the message More to activate the offer but the problem is I have no credit left to activate it because this number charges the sender, and the £10 credit was converted in the basic 8GB of data. What can I do now to activate the extra data ?
