Am having problems with my PAC code everytime am trying to use to another network it says error I have been trying to call 02 customer service but no help they are so rude

What are you trying to do exactly?

If you are trying to just use another sim in your phone, you need to unlock it Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card

Am trying to transfer my 02 number to a new network but the PAC I have been given won't work and everytime I call 02 customer service no help the advisers are so rude and some of them keep me holding in the end they just cut off

PAC codes only work for 30 days, so if older than that, you'll need a new one.

Unfortunately, the only way you can get one, is by calling O2.

Try this method to get through.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

@Rema O2 doesn't port numbers on the weekends, and this being a Bank Holiday means that it will take even longer.
