Hello,

Anybody know how much it costs to call 0345 numbers if on PAYG classic? Called customer service they said 30p per minute. Other sources seem to think 3p per minute.

@Bonzo

It does depend on which of the legacy tariffs you are on.

Look under tariff details in your MyO2 for the standard rates applicable to you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Thank you, jonsie, that was my understanding from looking at the tariffs but was a bit thrown when customer services, in a phone call, said 30p per min. I asked CS twice if that was correct as I thought I might have misheard.
