Order confirmation

I ordered a handset 4 hours ago, the money has been taken from my bank and I have an order number but I haven't recieved the confirmation email. There are no guru's available online and if I don't have a phone to call, hence the reason I bought one! Can anyone help please? Thanks in advance.

Hi @christineblack3 you will only receive an email when the order is ready to be dispatched. Usually dispatch emails go out in the evening ready for the order to be delivered the next working day

that the phone could be out of stock. If you dont receive a dispatch email today, ring Customer services and check the status of your order You could borrow a phone or use a landline
