Unable to receive a password to open my Microsoft Bing emails by text as usual today.

Have checked online but no answer to my situation.

Check that your PAYG has not been turned off.

What tariff are you on? Rolling Plan, Big Bundle or Classic.

Also check there are not network problems

Does your phone show network coverage? You need that (or WiFi-calling) to receive text messages.
