No unlimited calls to 02. I top up £15

I just top up my phone £15. I use to get unlimited calls and texts to 02. But now I can not get unlimited calls to 02. What is the problem. When I phone the info line the info line are saying I am getting unlimited calls and I am not.......

Your allowances will renew only on your anniversary date, not everytime you top up.
