I bought a SIM card, pay as you go, Rolling Plan. At the same time I requested to keep the same number. I mean, I wanted to use my number from another network.I received this week my SIM card. I popped it into my phone and followed the instructions to activate my plan. However, it was not possible to do it, because I came across a message which said that I don’t have any O2 products. When I try to log in into the O2 App it appeared a message saying that my O2 is not available yet.
what I have to do to have my Rolling Plan activate with my phone number from another currier?
