Hi,
I’ve been on and off the phone to customer services for 2 days with no help. Im on a PAYG sim and moving to a pay monthly sim. I have the new sim, its activated and works fine, but so does my PAYG sim even though ive requested to have the number moved over several times, to no avail.
Ive read every single guide on porting/migration and have done literally everything and nothing has changed. I initiated this move well over 24 hours ago so I see no reason as to why it hasnt been moved.
Any help or advice at this point is appreciated!

Probably won't happen until after the weekend now.
