Hi, for more than a month I cannot access my mobile internet. Any ideas why? Checked phone settings, no problems there. Many thanks.

Hi, have you got the right access point name selected.
If you are on Android go to Settings, Network and Internet, Mobile Network, Advanced, Access point names and make sure 02 Pay and Go is selected.
If on ordinary mobile phone go into Settings, Configuration Settings and make sure 02 Pay and Go is selected.

Hi all,
Thank you for your help. It appeared the problem was with my SIM card. Everything works fine since a replacement card was put in.
