When was your renewal date, and did you have the funds for the tariff at renewal?

So you are saying is that if you don't any credit on the phone when you change tariff, when you add credit onto the phone AFTER the tariff change, the system will take out £10 for the replaced tariff allowance (even though you are on a new tariff) and then a further £10 to fund the new tariff?
