HI, Just transferred from O2 PAYG to new O2 500 mins for £5 per month deal with new SIM. Have left a credit balance, plus saved rewards in my old PAYG account. Will this be transferred to my new account or have I lost it all?

@SandyBlair

You need to ask O2 to transfer your credit but rewards amount will be lost.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Thanks MI5! Talked to o2 - the credit balance will be transferred soon, the remaining rewards (£1.50?) will also be transferred - but later! Can live with that!

Please let us know how it goes @SandyBlair. It'd be great if we got some first hand info to pass along in the future.
