I have no idea how my PAYG account works, I have it on my backup phone which I hardly ever use but when I go to use it I find there is no credit, it seems like my credit is being cancelled after a month, is this right ?

Unexpected verification code

This morning I received an unexpected message followed by a verification code from o2 saying Welcome to o2 Wi-Fi . I’ve not asked for a code, I already used o2 Wi-Fi on occasion. Anyone else had this. I have a monthly pay as you go bundle. Thanks
