My tariff for Data is 1p per Mb, but I wonder why I was charged 20p instead of 2p for 1.6Mb ?

20p is taken immediately for any amount of data use.

If you don't use 20p's worth, the remaining is refunded at midnight each day when the accounts are all updated.

We have no access to any account on here so you need to call or contact O2.

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
