Hi, my tariff since I got my phone many years ago was the Classic Pay As You Go. My husband topped up my phone last December and now it is showing Talkalot. I do not understand why it changed as I am an existing customer who always had this tariff. The information on O2 is that the tariff is no longer available for existing customers who want to switch to this tariff. I do not want to switch as I already have the tariff. That's why when I made a phone call to a landline I was charged £0.55 p/m. Any ideas what happened in this situation, as O2 is still showing the tariffs for the Classic Pay As You Go as £0.03 p/m. Thank  you very much. Luciana.

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG).

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
