Hello, i have top-uped my balance on 16.04 with £15. My bundle should have started on 01.05 but it's not working. Please see attached https://photos.app.goo.gl/DDrSiRvGNFhVegHQ9

Turn off your phone and back on again.

If that doesn't help then you need to call O2 on 4445 to check what's happened.

It would appear that you have used some of the credit you topped up with as your balance has fallen below £15.00
