Hi
I need to buy a bolt on for data as I'm on pay as you go. I tried online and it looked all succesful but I get a message on my phone saying you don't have credit to pay for the bolt on, but I can't get to a check out point to load my card details and pay for the credit or pay for the bolt on.
Is there a solution or do I need to go to an O2 store?

Obviously you need to get credit on the phone before you can buy a bolt on, if you can't get to a store or supermarket then most online banking apps now allow you to top up a mobile.
