Good morning I change my tarify from 10 to 20£ big bundle after that I top up my o2 20£ but you give my tarify for 10£ Not 20£ after I received message If I want to big bundle 20£ I need top up 20£ after that …I find out My internet was used by my credit not from my big bundle . Now I have lest than 6£ on my O2 no tarify and no bundle. Can you Help me to get my 20£ tariify please. ?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or call 4445.
