Hi all,

 

Just got my son his first pay as you go sim, went for the rolling plan £10......whenever he sends a txt message or makes a call he gets a message saying:

02: your balance is £0.00. Text balance free to 20202 etc.....

Thing is when I check his balance on my account it says 10gb data & unltd txt & calls. How can I delete this message as it is rather annoying to say the least!! Tia

Call 4445 and ask O2 to turn off balance notifications.
