Bad network for calls in my area

Hi 

I was with 02 many years ago and changed networks because of what I am about to tell you. I'm now on Giffgaff and I have just found out that they are part of you company.

I live in the Bowesfield part of Stockton on Tees and have for many years. I was wondering why the signal for data and making calls I'd so bad in this area. I never have signal in my home I have to go to the main road (Richardson Road) for any kind of signal and I can only use my internet when I'm using my WiFi.  

I have looked on your "check our network" and that says I should have full coverage however I have not and never do.
