I have a phone on a contract and my old phone is PAYG - i put £20 on it to use as a back up.
It now won't work and I can't find a place on the O2 site to request help.
Can anyone suggest where to look?

When did you last use the phone on PAYG, as you need to make a chargable call / text / data every 180 days otherwise the service will be suspended, and then after a year the number will be disconnected and recycled.
