Hello all
i received my new phone via mobile phones direct on O2 early in the week
i installed the new SIM into the new phone and am awaiting my number to be transferred, i inputted the PAK code upon ordereing and was informed it would take a few days, its been 4 days and the number hasnt transferred over, whats the best solution as i have tried calling 202 and it hangs up when i hear the options.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
