o2 sim swap been over 24 hours and still nothing

Title says it all basically, did sim swap over 24 hours ago and it still hasn't gone through

Hi @Dienex 

Has the old SIM switched off yet, ie, has it gone "no signal"?

If so, just reboot phone with new SIM until it registers on network. 

If not, give customer service a call to check if the request went through OK.

Chase it up with customer services as does not appear to have been actioned on the system yet.
