o2 priority Beyonce Tickets - Help!!!!!

Please please please can anyone help me as I am tearing my hair out.  I am trying to registered o2 priority tickets for Beyonce and I keep getting the o2 priority default screen.  There is nowhere to put my mobile number in to get a code.  I thought would get a code before they go on sale on Thursday but I am getting no joy.

Please can someone help or advise and not refer me back to the default screen, thanks

Have you downloaded the Priority Tickets app?

Yep and when I search for Beyonce it doesn't find anything.  I'm on both the website and the app at the mo lol

That's the only screen I know but I guess that's what you're on and it isn't working?

Try giving CS a call tomorrow and they may be able to help?

Yes that's the dreaded page I keep being referred to this evening.  Should it normally ask for you mob number or something?  Its says to click the link to register and it just takes me back to the normal screen, feels like its on a loop!

Try another browser or clear the cache it worked ok for me just now.
