Well then I'd go for the personal to business migration option.
Or, if you are out of contract, you can migrate the number onto a new personal contract under their name if they don't want to take out a business contract?
If it is consumer - you could either just call up and change the direct debit details but you will still be the account holder. Or, you could migrate the number onto a business contract providing the new business owner is willing to undergo a credit check.
