insurance question?

my phones screen broke, and so after having spoken to o2 insure a new phone is being delivered on Tuesday, when the new phone is delivered do i need to give the old phone to the courier who delivers it? does anyone know?

Check if the new phone comes with a battery or not first but the last one I had replaced I had to keep my battery. It was a long time ago though....

Yes, usually just the phone so make sure you keep hold of your battery, sim and sd card if you have one.

You have to keep the battery, sd card , charger etc as they will give you just a handset, but no battery, sd card etc

im actually getting a different phone though, going from an xperia arc to an xperia s so im assuming the batterys different and that i will have to swap both the battery and the phone

yeah same happened to me years ago, vibration stopped working on my mobile, courier came with new handset but i still had to keep my mmc card, battery & charger
