Hello The voicemail on my PAYG does not work with the phone switched off. Calls do divert when unanswered, when switched on - so Voicemail is set up. Why is this? ThanksR

Hi all, My O2 webmail account is useless. It get noting but spam and as such I have no use for it. Can I remove it from My O2? I do realise I could just not use it but I don't like having accounts in my name that don't use/want. Thanks.
