o2 keep TELLING ME they sent me emails to my email address
but the email address is from o2 its a @o2.co.uk
and i dont know how to enter or view these
any help

O2 closed down their email system months and months ago so any customer with an O2 email address has now lost access to it. It beggars belief that O2 advisers would tell you that in all honesty.
Change your email address with customer service by calling them, I don't advise live chat for this, and also ask them to resend the emails to this changed valid address.

You would need to contact Customer Services (see below link) to get them to change the email address they are using.

When I log into my O2 > Manage my details (right hand) I can see my email under Sign in details
username = email
Then, you can use "change my username" Step 1 of 2.
Can you try this and let us know if it helps?
