Claim Free Speaker

Anonymous
Not applicable

Dear O2 team,

I opened a claim a few months ago because the speaker I received was damaged (the container box was destroyed). After many interchange of emails to 02@samsungpromotions.claims  and speak with:

Leo @ Samsung Promotional Support Team

- Nitasha @ Samsung Promotional Support Team

- Joe @ Samsung Promotional Support Team

- Sophia @ Samsung Promotional Support Team

we agreed to return the speaker and afterwards receive an new one. As we agreed I returned the speaker trough UPS service to you on 27th of March.

I have sent 2 more emails for knowing the current situation of my claim and NO ANSWER has given to me.  I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

Can Anyone give me an answer and my new speaker?

Best

Juan.

This isn't customer service I'm afraid @Anonymous

Well, they can't help me either...

Half an hour on a chat for telling me that I must speak with the same team that don't answer me.

It was a Samsung run promotion so I'd be surprised if they told you to return it to O2 in the first place.
It's probably lost in the system as no one would have known what it was or why they'd got it?
