Hello , I was attempting to purchase an iPad however they took £20 out of my bank account for confirmation however I haven’t got no confirmation email or nor have I confirmed I still wanted the iPad because the website went blank and it said I could get the £20 back because they were just holding it until I confirmed however is not letting me .

You will get the £20 back in 24hrs to 14 days depending on your bank, there is nothing o2 can do to speed this up it is all down to your bank.
I would also speak to o2 tomorrow morning on 0800 081 0255 and they can check to see if anything has gone through

Your money is being held by your bank. It is they who will return it if O2 don't complete your order.
