Hi, I was with virgin mobile and got changed over to yourselves. I was told I could upgrade and get rid of the phone so I just decided to cancel the whole contract. I then have to keep paying g £21.50 for the phone through virgin as I still have a loan with them. However I can’t sign in or do anything to see what I have left to pay on this phone to get rid of it. Is there anything yous can do to help me find this out.

@SH7 - Virgin Media may be taking payments, so call them on 0345 454 1111 to confirm.
If it is with O2, you will need to cancel the contract - it doesn't just end, you have to cancel. Use this guide Guide: Cancelling Your Contract
