I accidentally signed a contract for an iPhone 12 Pro thinking it was a Pro Max.
At the moment I’m waiting for O2 to accept the contract.
Is there a way to exchange product before I get it? Or maybe to cancel the order?
The thing is that it is a birthday present and I can’t waste anymore time with the change of mind policy.
I would be very glad if you could help me!

@Francesco8 This is a customer community. We have no access to anyone else's account. You'll have to speak to customer service, which unfortunately isn't easy these days: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

You have to lie when you call and use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.

Also  below is the advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

You may have to lie using this method too.
