Incorrect Charge for MMS

I was just charged for MMS which I have not sent, and I tried to call 4445 number, but the bot is not understanding my issue and keeps dropping on me, therefore I am not sure where I can get help to remove the charge and prevent further charges that potentially can pop up.

If you sent a picture or exceeded the character count, you would be charged for MMS
