I have been in to store today to get a new SIM card so that I can unlock my iPhone to any network provider and I have just had an email to say
‘I’m sorry we are unable to unlatch your device because the IMEI xxxxxxxxxxxxxx has not been used on our network with the MPN provided.
i am fuming I want it unlocking I have just spent £25 to get it unlocked and now had an email to say it can’t happen. I want it unlocking to any network provider.

Use the phone on O2 for a couple of days then submit the request.

Why didn't you just take it to a local phone shop that does unlocking as it would have been cheaper than buying a PAYG Sim....
