Hi Dave,
Just wanted to double check on this, I am also in the same boat, I contacted O2 this afternoon and the lady said that the S25 Ultra was not part of the promotion it was the Galaxy Z Fold. I bought my s25 on 3rd Feb so was due a code by 5th March. Just weary that the time to redeem is fast approaching, any help would be grateful (I couldn't figure out how to PM you)
