I write to ask that you extend your current SMS delivery service to deliver not only to UK mobiles and landlines, but also to UK pagers and 03 numbers as used by many businesses and organisations.
Currently, 03 numbers are the only UK numbers which both provide both a national image and are lawful for customer helplines from latter 2013, when the Consumer Protection Directive comes into force in the UK.
At present o2 customers are unable to deliver SMS messages to 03 numbers and pager numbers (076).
However, other UK mobile operators manage to do this, 3 for example.
Systems are already in place to deliver to 01 and 02 numbers, and extending to 03 numbers would be fairly trivial technically.
Many companies engage with customers using SMS, and having a single contact number for both sending and receiving SMS, voice calls, is advantageous when engaging with customers and prospective customers.

EDIT: I can see your post was about SMS which that page doesn't discuss, I just thought I'd share the info re: calls.
