Paying off my device plan

Am I able to pay off my device plan in full in an O2 store? As I cannot carry my phone at work and callbacks for payments are between 8am - 6pm and I am not able to select a time.

You cant pay off in store.

You can call customer services between 8am and 8pm on 202 :
when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

If you're wanting to pay off to leave, just cancel and O2 will bill you automatically for the remainder of the device plan.
