It's happened before on a number of occasions.

Only people that can sort it is O2

Looks like you should contact the sales team they can help with that – message them on Social Media if yo can - on Facebook  (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) ,

X Twitter  (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW)  or

 Instagram  (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255, free from any phone or landline

The Social Media side seems to get results

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Facebook social media states 'they are taking a break' looks like it will be another round of useless calls to them later then

@Toots27

Check your emails as I had my PIN sent by email too.

Look in your spam folder.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
