O2 open

I have applied for a an o2 open discount. The methods were works email verification or can a pay slip verification. My works email would not register I'm the menu so I could only provide a pay slip for verification.

These discount have a 28 day time limit from the date of my new contract. While I am waiting to be verified I may go over this time frame.

Will I be ineligible of his happrns or does the application date count???

I have tried online chat and it has failed three times and the telephone line is just as busy.

Can anyone advise me before I run out of time?

I would persevere on the phone to be honest. It would be easy to say yes they would allow a few days over. However, in my experience O2 are very rigid with their time scales and limits. You might find 8 - 8.30 am the best time to call.

Strange how it seems no work email address can be confirmed for anyone. Yet another website or system error.

Just about to say the same @jonsie. So many 'glitches' and failures currently...Makes me really wonder what on earth is going on...
