No order confirmation but money taken

I ordered the galaxy buds3 pro and the money has been taken from my bank account but there is nothing showing in my orders page and I haven't received any kind of email confirmation.

The money is in a holding account in your bank until O2 do a credit check. If they accept your order, they will take the money. If not, it will be returned to your bank usually within 48 hrs.

Don't expect anything to happen over the weekend.
