I’ve text 61202 with my employers name but haven’t received the company code to allow me to put my discount on. Does anyone know what I should do other than speak to hr because they never respond or answer.

That worked but they want a payslip and I haven’t actually started working there yet. Also want a work email which I won’t get because I’m only bank staff 😩 thank you though

I have a blue light card from a previous appointment and my partner still works there but cannot for the life of me get it to text me the company code so the nhs one will be good if I start working there in the next 20 days. I’m waiting for recruitment to sort me out
