Following a very long conversation with o2 via phone in store and via phone at home, a credit of £163 has been issued to my account to enable me to clear the handset balance and therefore upgrade. This has been issued to my next bill therefore I am still unable to upgrade despite this being discussed at length earlier today. I would like to complete my upgrade ASAP as discussed this morning. How can this be resolved please
