Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me. Recently I've been having trouble with my network coverage. It always says searching for network or sos. I haven't changed any of my network settings and I've tried restarted my phone and even taking my sim out. I have asked other people in my area on o2 if they have the same problem and their signal is fine. If it makes any difference my phone is a blackberry curve 9360 and pay and go.

Assuming you've tried cleaning the sim and restarting the phone, if no faults show here using your full postcode:

http://status.o2.co.uk/

report it to O2.

Try putting your sim in another phone if possible to make sure it's not your phone causing the problem.
