I have been with O2 18 months and find their customer service the worst I have ever experienced. I have used 3, EE, smarty, Lebara within recent years.
Usually the chat is down and the helpline slowwwwwwwwwwwwww.... to answer.
Does anyone have a way to get in touch with them without dedicating half a day to it? And by that I don't mean a theoretical way (eg chat that is not available or 1 hour wait on the phone).
