I have just used the online LIVE CHAT function and received a horrendous service. Commands such as WAIT, and left hanging with refusal to answer questions about the security on my account and refusal to tell me why they sent a phone to someone else on my account etc.. I can't find any link to make an official complaint?
The responses where woeful to say the least!

Oh dear !.........it could be Christmas scam time........so it may be O2 Fraud Dept that you require.
