I am so sad that I was stolen my phone this afternoon. I have called to report to O2 but my English was not good enough to speak to them and all store are temporarily closed. And I didn't report to police too.
I didn't buy insurance for my phone, so I can't replace them. I know that was my fault. And now I just want to get a new sim. I am in contract pay monthly with O2. Can anyone help with my problem please?

You'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
