I’ve just arrived in Morocco today from UK. I already have the travel ‘bolt on’, which says it will cost me £6 per day for all the data I need with a £51.50 spending cap. I’ve only been here less than 24th and just been told I’ve reached my monthly £51.50 spending cap. What have I done wrong?! There is wifi in the apartment so I’ve hardly used my phone at all. Help!

We’re just customers like you - it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this, @Mrstawesome - as you have WiFi access.
