Is there a way I can contact O2 via email? I have lots of problems with a new phone I had delivered last week and I need to speak to someone to find out what can be done. However, I struggle with talking to people on the phone and will end up not avoiding the issue for months. By this time I'll be out of my 14 day exchange period and will miss out on getting the issues sorted or changing the phone. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

Well that really sucks. There should be some way for people who can't call to contact O2. So many people with mental health issues will miss out on help because of the lack of equality
